Kodiak’s most recent quarterly filing (May 11th) states:
“In the first quarter of 2025, the Company received a report regarding certain payments to local government officials in Mexico that commenced prior to the Company’s acquisition of its Mexican business in connection with the acquisition of CSI Compressco LP (the “CSI Acquisition”) that presented potential compliance issues under U.S. law.”
