This week’s question is: in 2010 a federal trial court judge refused to sentence this individual to any time in federal prison after pleading guilty to FCPA offenses involving conduct in Kyrgyzstan and commented that the CIA routinely bribes Afghan warlords and this “sort of goes to the morality of the situation.”
