Once again, 2020 was an active year in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act space. Each enforcement action was summarized in-depth and in real-time on FCPA Professor and followed by an issues to consider post. FCPA Professor also covered enforcement agency speeches and policy developments and other related issues in a comprehensive and candid matter. All of this takes time, money, and substantial effort.
