This Week On FCPA Professor

FCPA Professor has been described as “the Wall Street Journal concerning all things FCPA-related,” and “the most authoritative source for those seeking to understand and apply the FCPA.”

Set forth below are the topics discussed this week on FCPA Professor.

This post provides a mid-year FCPA report.

The SEC recently obtained a $550,092 default judgement against Yanliang Li (a citizen of China and former Managing Director of a Chinese division of Herbalife). (See here).

As discussed in this post, the SEC is seeking an en banc rehearing of a Fifth Circuit decision which concluded that an SEC FCPA enforcement approach was unconstitutional.

See here for the latest reminder that the FCPA has always been a law much broader than its name suggests.
