FCPA Professor began in July 2009 with this simple mission statement. The initial format of FCPA Professor was very basic, yet provided an effective platform for me to add my voice to the marketplace of ideas on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and related topics.
FCPA Professor soon grew to include a world-wide audience of attorneys, business and compliance professionals, government agencies, scholars and students, journalists and other interested persons. In July 2011, FCPA Professor was enhanced to provide additional content and more user-friendly features.
Since then, FCPA Professor has further grown to become “the Wall Street Journal concerning all things FCPA-related,” and “the most authoritative source for those seeking to understand and apply the FCPA,” Among other plaudits, FCPA Professor has been named a Top Law Blog for in-house counsel by Corporate Counsel, a Top 25 Business Law Blog by LexisNexis, and a top 100 Legal Blog by the American Bar Association.
In response to reader feedback and pursuant to my desire to further elevate the FCPA knowledge and practical skills of readers through new features, I am pleased to unveil the new FCPA Professor.
Have a look around and please be sure to check out the Video Introduction near the top of the page.
Thank you for reading FCPA Professor.

There are a few kinks in the new website that are being worked on (for instance not all subject matter categories effectively migrated to the premium search function) and I encourage readers to contact me at fcpaprofessor@gmail to inform me of any additional issues or suggestions.
